Salmon man and I tried several new spots but only caught a small laker each about 2 lbs. Guess we should have stayed at the honey hole  . the weather was great got a bit sun burned had to take the hat and gloves and coat off a few times.

The weather is only going to get better. If you don't try new areas, you won't know what you are missing. Last trip out we had several hits and drilled a lot of holes. I learned a few things and will be hitting one of the areas HARD 2 weeks from now.

Brother has been there for 6 days now fishing has been real slow. Buddy is releiving him today and will stay till friday. Burbot spawn should be real soon.
