what do you guys think of the upcoming snow "storm"

About 8-9" here near Carlisle and still coming down hard.  Already shoveled the driveway once and will need to head out and do her again before it gets too deep.  Since most of the lakes around here were not already frozen I just kinda figure this snow is adding a slug of cold temperature to them and hopefully colder temps will follow to put some good ice in place.

So much for just having the inch I reported earlier.  It has started snowing again.  And instead of being on the border between 1-3 and 3-6, we are now on the border of 3-6 and 6-10.  Depends what we get tonight if we make it out on the ice tomorrow.

I'm sitting here in NJ watching the snow pile up...around 6" now and piling up and its still less then was at the airport in Philly at noon

A solid foot here with drifting. I was shoveling and plowing my driveway all day, and still have a little left for tomorrow. Drilling holes will be a breeze after this.

The only saving grace for the show after Stan Sowa was Ken Hunter.  He is a real outdoorsman.  "Jake" couldn't find his own butt, even if he used both hands and a map!

I wish I knew when he was going to be there.  The boy and I would love to meet him.  In our local paper, he and a few other outdoors writer have a weekly column.  His viewpoints on current issues in fish and boat and game commission issues are spot on.  He will really tell it like it is.
