just wondering if theres any safe ice  or if anybody has been fishing the marina. or even the holliday  inn.  Looking for some smelt.

marina seems to be frozen over again but i didnt see any sgns of anyone on it.  if the temps hold might be able to get on it this weekend but i'm not going first   ;D

If the ice at beaver island does take a crap, you can still go over to holiday inn. Drill holes off the edges of the boat slips . you can sit on the slips and still fish threw the ice. Just a sugestion for those not ready to give up yet.

or you can just go to chautauqua lake this warm wont beat it there 14-16in
case lake tourney 5th in trout 2009- cuba lake 2005 biggest perch harwood lake tourney 2nd in crappie 2010
