Salted minnows

I tried to find an old topic on Salted Minnows, but was not able to find any. Can anyone out there tell me what they steps are to salting the minnows. Thank you

pour minnows in stainer,let them dry off a bit,pour liberal amount of table salt on them kosher will dry them out too much.put on paper towls and let them dry a bit then bag em up and freeze.
(when u first salt them cover your eyes unless you like salt in your eyes.)
