bucket organizer

I was wondering if anybody has made a bucket organizer (like the ones you use to organize tools) for ice fishing gear.  was wanting to get one without spending the money and thought hey, I got some canvas so might as well make one my self.  if anybody has any tips/plans that would be greatly appreciated.

I use a tool pouch thats made for a bucket, all my gear fits in like a champ. I think I only paid 7 or 8 bucks for it at the home depot.
