There isnt one.

If no fish has been entered in the category then , yes there is no minimum length.  Once there are fish entered in the category then you fish needs to be at least bigger than the third largest fish.

There will be a separate entry location for fish to be eligible for the weekly drawings...

i'm pretty sure you can enter any size fish b/c guys were entering 3" fish last year jsut to get into the drawing

Neptune is right. The rules and instructions about this changed from last year. You don't want a fish thrown out (at least the weekly contest) for not reading the rules.

7) a.)The length is "as the fish lays" - not by squeezing the tail. The entry is measured from the furthest point to
     the rear (tail) and front (lip). No open jaw .. if open measured from shortest point at head.(usually upper lip).
    b.)Only post entries that are within 2" of the leaders board. Any " short " entries can be posted in the "short" entries area to qualify for the weekly drawing.

Look at the rules, looks to me like there in a minimum lenth in every catagory.

Those are not minimum lengths for the tourney entries. Those are minimum lengths to qualify for Trophy Entries.

you can anter any fish that is within 2" of the current leader for that category.
