i use my old skidoo modular for ice fishing.. they run anywhere from 99.00 to 189.00 depending on the skidoo dealer and inventory stock...mine was 275.00 when they came out in 97.. the modular 2 i bought last year was only 300.00 so the modular has to be down in price...
The helmet comes with a interior slide down sun shield and a fighter pilot style mouth piece for breathing FOGGING IS NEVER AN ISSUE.. It's also a very warm helmet

I actually don't wear a helmet when I am ice fishing.  When on my sled I usually put on my Save Phace mask.  Great for cutting the wind and staying warm.  But much less hassle then putting on and off a helmet everytime you want to move locations.

I dont really wear mine either enless I'm accessing a lake from state land.. and when i have a helmet with me it stays in the jetsled i bring it mostly for when en con is glassing the ice 2 seconds to put it on beats the 100.00 fine ... I prefer a beanie on the head for warmth and a pair of Oakley's for sun and wind protection

One trick I learned about keeping my glasses from fogging in my helmet is to treat my glasses with some Rain-X anti-fog.  It comes in a black bottle and you can find it in the automotive section at Wal-mart for 4 - 5 dollars.  Works for me.  This also prevents fogging when you go inside where it's warm after being out in the cold.
