MyFishFinder.com Just like iceshanty but warmer
Low pressure?? Just checked.....hasn't been any real drastic drop or rise in the last 24 hours; started at 102.62 last night & then only variance was 101.07-101.92
Where do you find those pressure numbers and what number is "normal" or "stable" I usually just look at which way the arrow next to the number is pointing.......call me dumb.....but willing to learn Hey blue, not dumb at all. I'm still learning too when it comes to air pressure & how it affects fish & even how it affects different species. Basically highs get in the upper 102's & 98's are about as low as it can get. What I've found & also learned from others is that a drastic, quick drop in air pressure REALLY turns the fish off; not sure if the drastic increases do the same. Learned that 1st hand too last years at Buffalo Bay. A day and a half before we get there guys couldn't keep them off. But the night before we got there pressure dropped from high 101 to in the 98's & just like that the wicked bite was off.Maybe someone that knows a bit more about air pressure can add some more info but I think that's the basics. Here's the 2 links I use. If you check under "last 24 hours" you will also see what the air pressure did. For Enviro Can the past 24 hours is under 'more info' attached to the current conditions. The weather network one is also handy as they give the wind days ahead of time and Enviro Canada doesn't.http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/camb0244http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/city/pages/mb-38_metric_e.htmlHope that helps, fshmanmb
Hmmm, wonder why it put my whole post in a quote instead of what I had quoted?
