Just across the boarder in Michigan, there were 4 1/2 inches on Juno on Thursday.
Fisherman's Prayer
I pray that I may live to fish
          Until my dying day.
And when it comes to my last cast,
       I then most humbly pray:
When in the Lord's great landing net
           And peacefully asleep,
That in His mercy I be Judged
              BIG ENOUGH TO KEEP.

Took my Scroungypup out to Dewart today on the channel at the boat ramp. 5" on that channel. Didn't do worth a D%$#!!  Then headed over to the tippy boat co. pit. About the same thickness there also. The boy hooked into a huge muckejohn there. I thought he caught the state record crappie or something the way he was carryin' on. What great fun!!!!
