Nice winter

Isn't it nice how our winter is just slowly going away. No rush of warm temps. Still getting the below freezing temps at night to preserve the ice. Man I love this time of year....best icefishing (and will be for the next few weeks) ever except first ice. You almost want to icefish in t-shirt but its still a bit too cold. No worries guys and gals.....lots of ice left.

Yes, spring is unfolding in the best possible way slow and steady. Last time I was out (6 days ago) there was still 18+ inches of ice, nice easy waking too.




Buddy found some dragonfly nymphs in the creek figured we'd try something different for bait but to no avail.

Winter is still holding on. The lake I was on 2 days ago had over 3 feet of solid and no slush what so ever. Love these freezing nights.
