Thinking of going Saturday or not.
How about ice conditions?

Tunk Lake forecast for Sat.
Saturday: Periods of snow, mainly before 10am, then rain and snow likely between 1pm and 4pm, then a chance of snow after 4pm. High near 36. East wind between 10 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

JBC - originally wanted to head there today and tomorrow myself, but my Downeast connection talked me out of it as the landing is almost out according to them.  If you know another way on I think there is still ice but overall, it caught very late.  If you know how to get on from the "tail" my guess is you'd by fine.  Spring River Lake across the road still has 20" according to the boyz and has put out some browns to 4 pounds this winter as another option.  Be careful down there and good luck.
