I am going to test my  panfish rod he gave me  I think I can make it work for me with this red cjun ice line 3# test  we will see on monday morning

Hey Pot Belly...would that be a Carl Kapher Rod.
If so...he used to make open water rods for me for years. He is a nice guy. I still have an ultra light from 1985 he built me when I was in High School.

I've been on your lake also.  It hasn't been a bad year for me either.  ;)  I think the drag tomorrow morning is going to give me a heart attack though!
