any good places around wayland ny to go icefishing?

going to visit a good friend up in wayland this weekend and wondered if there are any hotspots to fish. any of you locals might know him. he's richy f. the king fish. well if anybody has any info it would be welcomed. thanx, Buck

Closest to Wayland might be Loon Lake.   Perch, pannies, and pickeral.  If the fish don't bite, at least you can. They have some good wings and adult beverage at the famous 'Laugh-o-lot Inn' on the lake.

Canadice,Hemlock and Honeyoe are all within 20 minutes of there too. Along with Conesus.
