Info on Boysen Ice

Thinking about heading to Boysen in the next few days ... anybody have any reports on the fishing and/or the ice conditions(i.e. how long of plank do I need to bring)?

repost  - didn't get out, heard it was going to be windy up there - did anyone else get out to Boysen this weekend? still would like to in next few days if not too late!

Going to do a drive by monday night and check tough creek and maybe fish wednesday and thursday. I will post what I find on monday, tuesday morning. hopefully someone will post something before then.

Yep I saw that ealyer LT. thats probly the first part of boysen that thaws first with that warm spring right there. The bank fishers will be lining up on the shore pretty soon.

My ol man has been out there all weekend. 20-30" of ice in most places they fished. But do be careful! Looks like a cold front coming in this week, should help. I might head out tomorrow someplace, if'ns I get to feeling better
