I use surgical gloves from the local drugstore, put them on as soon as you get out of the truck and then put your regular gloves over them for the heavy work of putting down holes ect, once you are ready to start fishing take off the regular gloves and fish with these on, hands are kept dry while taking off those gills, they work wonderful, about $8 a hundred

i bought one of those things that goes around your waist. mines camo colored, it has a pocket for a hand warmer. i never bring my gloves anymore. its actually a tube like the football players have when its cold. works great and you never have to lay it down or remove it, you just pull your hands out.

Waterproof gloves with flip-style top for easy access to fish.
My fingers get C-C-C-Cold and I have small hands so it's hard to find good ice fishing gloves :( or boots for that matter.  Still tryin to find a good warm pair of hunting boots that are size 6 ladies.
Ice fishing .... it's the only time I enjoy the cold!!!
