Excellent day at the moat

    Hey Jibbs should have got in touch with you I guess.We had a great day at the Moat granted the conditions could have been better but 13 bass 3 over 3 pounds 3 nice pickeral two about 3 pounds and two stupid little pearch we could have used for bait.Started with over 4 dozen shiners and came home with just a dozen.There was two of us fishing and I kicked my buddy's A** although he did get 2 out of the 3 big bass.Oh yea and DerekB I think I found your depth checking weight on the way off the ice.Hope it cools off again and tightens up that slush.We will be back next week unless we go to Country Pond.

good news.......sure was one hell of a walk out there with that slush i bet least it was for me! I love fishing down there its nice and quiet....i would have done better except for my feet were about to fall off from being wet and cold. I fish down there alot we should meet up down there sometime. later

    If you fish down there alot then we should catch each other there we are there by 7:00 a.m. got to hit them early it slows down around 11:00 a.m.
