Buddy picked me up at 6:45am and off to one of our local haunts on the Ottawa River... nice to see so many IS'ers out there for Team Ontario. Found between 5-7" of whitish ice. It was a sea of blue out there by the time we left... lotsa crappies and 'gills caught out there today. We were sharing a flasher and I was out socializing most of the morning so didn't bag but prolly a dozen fish or so by the time we left...

How much ice Don ??, great report and nice to see you guys out.
Did a tour of the Miss. this afternoon, looks to be fully frozen but did not venture out
to test the ice. saw no tracks out either where I was looking.
