Think Glow for Mr. Walleye for murky water.

Go with natural perch or minnow pattern colors in clear water.

Most people will tell you it's different for each body of water, so you need to try all you can till you find a hot colour...some of the old standards are Perch colours, chartreuse, and glow baits in a variety of colours....I fish the Bay of Quinte and each differnt bait shop I go to tells me a different thing...Oranges? Greens? Reds?...buy what you can and narrow it down from there..perch is usually a cant fail

I picked up all sorts of Glow ones this year. I usually stick to balck or white.
