think I might start trating shiners today

I think it's time to get a jump on trappin shinners for  me an my pal "spanky
" put  1 trap in tonight an I' ll bring 3 to work tomrrow  an put hem in my honey hole { the water is so low I should score some sweet shinners}  ....well lets start gettin hooked on they OLD ICE SHANTY again,new year new fish stories,haha  RIFISH

i've got 2000 trying to get 4000 j/k.  i think those 1000 should hold you for awhile

first month  just ran about 200 or so  to get the bacteria up    then after that Id catch 200 plus every other day

i think ill start trapping also , the local bait shop burns you 9.00 for a dozen pike bait (blues)  ???they call em. their diagonal and silver,not shiners or chubs.

just started trapping about a week ago, ive got about 400 chubs already. i just found a new hole on a stream that should put me at about 700 within about 3 days. that will be enough for now. I dont wana catch to many for fear that they will die. I have never caught shiners though. ive never really learned how any tips??

you have to go to connie or slippery rock creek to get shiners only up north can you get the kind they talk about ,my big chubs cleaned out all the jiggin  size chubz   mo
