Basically a wooden frame on a pair of skis that you haul your gear on.  Search "smitty sled" and you should find the link(s) easily.  Many people have used smitten's design, modified it, etc, including myself.   Good luck.

This quickly deployed wonder of ingenuity has become famous in ice fishing circles for it`s ease of construction and towing simplicity. I myself have borrowed from the world of Smitty and created my own Smitty-sled to carry my portable thru deeper snow and slush utilizing junkyard skis and an unused Thule Car-Rack. Praise be Smitty!
