hey everyone . does anyone know the ice thickness on scugog as of yet?

Theres about 2-3 inches or a little more near the edges There were some guys in a portable hut out on sunday but I wouldnt advise it. at least not for a few more days. Good Luck out there :tipup:

thanks walleyehunter.  my in-laws live on the river. we r out there nonstop when its safe. in-laws are in cuba so i didnt know the thickness.r u on the lake alot? :tipup: im bored i need to fish!!!

probably around an 1'' to 1.5 last night thats what my spring fed pond made so the lake probably made a little more

I heard a few sleds went through there yesterday..riders are ok. Still not completely safe yet. Please use caution.

i talked to a friend who live's on the nonqoun river . he went out a nd cut a couple of holes and said there is 5 inch's of ice , but he said the ice dosnt look that great. :tipup: :tipup:

Theres 5" in some spots but it's still not safe enough for me! If you do go out use caution

Theres 5.5" of ice, and where the two sleds went through it's usually open in the middle of the coldest winter. you just don't go there.

finally got out on lake scugog last night . about 6 inches of ice for the most. slow bite last night but got 5 eye's. 1lb  --2.5lbs  its great to b finally out . let the fishing begin on scugog.lots of guys out in portable'e.no camera so no pics sorry guys..ok gotta get back out on the hard stuff keep'n tight :tipup:

walleyehunter.. im near 7 mile near where the red channel marker used to b. not there now not sure why. in about 4 feet of water.

thinking of heading up to scugog this weekend wondering how people are doing there and any good locations.? i have been lauching from caesarea and have sometime had luck. last weekend i was in norland area and got Nuthing. Any one else having a slow start..??.... :%$#!: :%$#!: :%$#!:
