Indiana to Michigan Ride Shares

I am testing the waters to see if there is any interest in splitting fuel cost for a few trips this winter into Michigan. I am in Indiana and don't expect to get much ice this year to ice fish on, I don't mind driving up to the bridge or over if someone knows the lake well. I have a 4 door long bed truck and have a track sled that can go out on early ice. Looking forward to this year!

Good for you thinking about it already. What part of Indiana are you from? What exactly is a track sled?

That'd be something like a snowdog.

I'm in Fort Wayne, the track sled is a DIY snow dog, it basically pulls you and all the sleds out and around on the ice. I have attached 4 jetsleds with gear and had no problem hauling it a mile or so on the ice. I have taken it all the way to the Gwinn area in the UP.

My brother lives in the UP, and this will be my third winter ice fishing, think it's about time to get adventurous!
My brother lives in the Iron County area, any knowledge or info in or around there?

Not sure exactly where Iron County is? I have been looking at Breevort Lake and Little Bay de Noc.
