Used hut prices

How does one price a used hut?   I'm looking to down size my sled hut to one that fits in my truck bed and sell my current one locally but where does one start.    I can't even find a used one that is mine for sale.

Depending on age, condition and availability of something similar start with a percentage and be prepared to meet someone in the middle.  Say you paid $100, and the condition is good stat with $80 and be prepared to take less depending on offers.  It never hurts to name a figure and let people bid against each other.

Without more detail it's hard to advise you but since it doesn't eat selling it is not an emergency unless you can't store it.

It's a Eskimo grizzly - no tears and all zippers are in great shape.
Has a travel cover with a couple small tears
Has a new set of runners
Has Eskimos support pole holder in tub
Two home made removable rod holders.

Seating system was never installed and still have all of that with directions.

Kept inside during the summer months to protect the fabric.

New one is 850, so probably 600 or so for a used one, depends on how bad you want to get rid of it, could sell it cheaper to get rid of it faster.

The longer you wait to sell it the less you will get for it also.  Most guys start out excited to fish, so people are looking for gear.  Nez

You can search FB Marketplace and Craig's List to see if you can find a comparable unit.  Usually the accessories really don't add much to the price - no matter what you paid for them, really doesn't add much to the value.  The addition of runners should be a good adder if they are still in good condition - shows you cared about your item. 

Other than that, its like others have said - what you want and what someone is willing to pay.  List it on as many multiple sites to get the exposure out there if you can.  List the description as best your can, and put in there to let them suggest an offer if you want.

If you want to sell it quick, 50% new price.  If you want to get value 75% new price.  As others said, depends on condition and what people are willing to pay.  Look for examples of similar items on other boards and forums.
