Was hoping the hard water nuts on here could help me with posting info on the bodies of water in their area that get ice fished or are interestind in fishing. I am trying to compile a complete list of lakes all over and not just for one particular area.This will be in the top area called Alaska Fishing Reports  & Conditions What I did for skilak is just an example and the easiest because all that info was on the web. You can just pm me the info and I can post it or you can put it up yourself. I have a bunch of lakes from here in the Interior and nee dto input the info by hand cause the state hasn't computerized it yet. I have been told that the south central and valley area lakes should be online but won't believe it til I see it. That's why I am asking for your help and input into making this site better so we can spend more time fishing. All the info wil be right here for the viewing of what the body of water has to offer and you can then post below it and report on the fishing and what if any other info you would like to pass on. I know it's early inthe season and that's why I'm posting this now so we can have it done when the fishing gets serious. Send me pm's, send me websites, whatever we need to make it happen.

I have a pretty good listing of lakes in the three areas where most of us nuts concentrate on fishing. This will take me a little while to get them converted over to here, so please be patient.

Hey, I'm in the process of copying the information for each lake in Anchorage Matsu area so I will post them as I get them done. I cannot just copy from the PDF because it is password protected. What I could use help doing is putting the PDF info into a word document. I will put in the format below I am using so you can follow it if you want to help. I have over 100 lakes to post on here that get fished and have around 12 done so far.

LOWER FIRE LAKE PUBLIC ACCESS:  Mile 14 Glenn Hwy to North Eagle River Exit. South 0.1 mile to Old Glenn Hwy. Left at stoplight on Old Glenn Hwy. 0.5 mile to West Lake Ridge Rd. Left on West Lake Ridge Rd. 0.1 mile to unimproved access with limited parking. The majority of lake shoreline is private property NOTE:  Please respect private property.  Keep lake and access sites free of litter.

Anchorage Area Stocked Lakes

It's just time consuming when the pdf is locked so you can't copy.
If you can copy the pdf it's pretty easy. I will just have to insert the proper hyperlink when I go to post them.

Fishin Fireman I want you to know we all appreciate the time and effort you put in to making this site what it is!(The Best Site in the Net!)     I wont be able to give you a call until I hit the ground in North Pole.  Definatley looking forward to your input on the shanty.  By the way I'm Army, I chose NP because its closer to my favorite fishing holes and I like the small town atmosphere
