This winter has been tough...

Between a new baby and most of the local spots having unsafe ice, it has been tough this winter getting out on the hard water. 

Thankfully, some good ice finally formed on one of my favorite spots and provided some good memories with friends and family!

Congrats on having a little one. Priorities and free time will look different here out, but soon enough you’ll have the best fishing partner and excuse to go fishing more ;D

It doesn't sound that appealing to most people I talk to, but going out onto a frozen lake and staring into a hole for the day is my favorite thing to do.

Another good video! Did you find any weeds, or were you focusing on structure & bottom transitions?

Thank you! And agreed, it definitely looks different now but I find myself sincerely enjoying the moments I get with my daughter and looking forward to the future moments where I will get to share my love of fishing with her!

Very little vegetation, mostly looking for extreme transitions and we found it!
