Marcum Sonar Vs Flashers

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone has switched from a flasher to a Marcum Sonar. Advantages and disadvantages would be greatly appreciated!

 I have a marcum lx7li,, I’ve used it to 100 FOW no complaints, it and my helix I use graph mode , flasher capabilities on both

The ability to see a bit of history with any chart type sonar brings a whole new dimension to the game.  I've had an LX-7 for 6 years (7?) and absolutely love it, although I've been thinking of upgrading to the Panoptix system in which you get a true x y display instead of x vs time display on a chart sonar.  Don't tell my wife, though.
