This is only 30 miles from my home.  Makes you wonder about going swimming in an unknown lake.

It is weird that we had temps in the single digits 2 weeks ago along with 5 inches of snow.

It happens here in Ohio too. Idiots let them go when they get too big. Not sure why, but if I remember right, there is a place where you can learn to wrestle gators in Wisconsin or Idaho.

Wisconsin Dells has a place called (I think) Alligator Alley where you can feed, see, and poke at 'gators...... Haveta ask Esox. Bet he's been there.

It is becoming less obscure that Minnesotans are considered the real "invasives" here and I am more than willing to accept that assessment.

I think, however, that the real reason for this is simply because we catch more and bigger fish (and the odd alligator).

That area up there in East Bethel and Coon lake has been rumored to have swamp gators and now it's been confirmed.
