Haven't scaled a fish ever.  Look on internet on how to filet a fish with an electric knife, its quick easy and clean.
a little practice will allow you to fillet a lot of fish in short order.  My first knife was a $7.99 electric use to slice turkey.  Still have it and could use it if I had to, but I now have plenty of cheap regular filet knives and have won a couple expensive ones at fishing tournaments.  My new one I can use when at the lake, with a cutting board on my tailgate, providing its not winter. It is a RAPALA with CHARGABLE BATTERIES.  Any electric will work.  When done you can have FRESH FILETS FOR DINNER OR FRESH FILETS TO VACUUM SEAL FOR FUTURE.  I fish so often I dont need an inventory of fish in the freezer.  Good luck LOTS OF INSRTUCTIONAL VIDEOS ON LINE.

After the high pressure washer, I bet the fish is all  bruised.  I'll stick to filleting mine.
