Ling below canyon ferry
« on: Jan 17, 2020, 03:23 PM »
I hear a lot of people say that fishing below the dam at canyon ferry is a great way to catch ling. I'd love to give it a try but I'm not sure where to start. Are people fishing right below the dam? Do you just cast out some bait and let it sit or jig? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

if in open water below dam, cast it out and let it set.
If on the ice ,Use a jig with dead bait and jig

Just go to the campground and toss out a floating jig with a piece of smelt and wait, watch for light bites.
