Wayne County Reports Wanted

Hey guys, please keep posting reports for Prompton, Belmont, Long Pond, Duck Harbor, Minisink, Lake Henry, U/L Woods, etc.
We got no ice in Luzerne County except for Moon Lake, and Lake Jean. I need some pickled pickerel for the Supper Bowl.

Long Pond Ice is good! I heard rumors that the fishing was hot but it was slow when I was there.

Guys have been hitting Prompton but I haven’t heard any good reports.

A couple of us hiked into Alder Marsh and the slimedarts were on fire. We were busy jigging tiny perch. I think their growth is stunted there. (Pic included)

Anyone been at Duck Harbor? I think it’s time to catch some marble eyes!

I head they are catching trout at Upper Woods. I guess the ice is good. Thanks guys.

Any word on Ariel

From what I saw, Lake Ariel is iced over. I am not if it’s all safe ice yet but with this cold spell it shouldn’t be long.

He must have meant UPPER woods! Never heard of trout in LOWER........
