Retreat Meadow

Hi all,

I am planning a trip this weekend and was hoping someone out in the Brattleboro area could just give me a "go" or "no go" on the ice at Retreat Meadow cove? Additionally there is a great little bait shop on Rt 5 I think called Earl's?  I have been to it before and I am wondering if anyone knows if he is still in business? Appreciate any help. Thanks!

I found this link, looks to be a derby scheduled there, not sure on conditions unfortunately. Maybe, they have a FB page on status of the derby in the next day or so. This rain isn't helping...

Thanks so much for the info! Not sure how excited I am for a packed cove full of derby folks but I will think about it.
