Lac Des Isle

Can anyone give me an update on snow conditions on the ice? I am heading up at the end of the month and am curious to know how much snow I am gonna have to deal with when driving around out there?

 not particular to lac des isle but i have heard it is ugly up in that area.  lots of snow and over flow.
