Aqua Vu support

Was wondering if anyone has dealt with aqua vu support team? I need a new camera spool and cable/camera and so far have been unable to reach them by the phone. I will try again after the holidays. Has anyone had good luck dealing with them?

I haven't dealt with them in quite some time ..but Nina was top notch in the customer service department two years ago ...both in telephone and Email responses.

i called them before xmas and their phone rang and rang. then a prerecorded message said the person you are calling has a voice mail box that has not been set up and hung up on me. it was during business hours.

Karen Hubble has always been a great contact at aqua v for me. I used email to communicate with her.

i gave them another shot and they answered their phone.
waiting to see if they can accommodate us to build permanent under water cameras for a dvr system for multi viewing all them at one time.

Last year my Micro camera (3-1/2 ") developed a problem with lines in the screen. I called customer service who said it was a cable problem and they promptly sent me a new cable. That fixed it.  My only dealings with their customer service but they took care of me.

Just an update on aqua-vu customer service. They were awesome. No questions asked, they fixed it.
