« on: Dec 10, 2018, 02:57 AM »
ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A DRILL ADAPTER FLANGE TO PREVENT AUGER FROM FALLING THROUGH THE HOLE IF IT COMES OUT OF THE DRILL HERES WHAT I DID FOR THAT PROBLEM CHEAP.FOR AN 8 INCH AUGER I TOOK A 5 GALLON BUCKET LID CUT THE OUTSIDE OUTER RIM OFF WITH A RAZOR KNIFE .THEN TOOK A 3/4 HOLE SAW CUT THE CENTER OUT AND SLID IT OVER THE ADAPTER AND PUT IT ON THE AUGER.DONE ! CHECK THE SIZE OF YOUR ADAPTER FOR THE RIGHT SIZE YOU WANT A TIGHT FIT.IF YOU DONT HAVE A SPARE BUCKET LID HOME DEPOT HAS THEM FOR 2 BUCKS IN A BUNCH OF COLORS.ITS BETTER THAN PAYING ALL THAT MONEY FOR ANY OF THE OTHERS. RIGHT

Right...why spend all that money? Piece of wood, little bit of tubing and 2 hose clamps...done.
