Snowmobile Access on Lake Wallenpaupack?

Does anyone have info on where you can access Lake Wallenpaupack with machines? I think the PFBC Launch and Mangan Cove prohibits atv and snowmobile access, but how about the Brookfield launches at Ironwood, Ledgedale, Wilsonville, etc...

I would say yes to the private launches. You may want to drop a few bucks at the park office for parking.

I have launched my atv from sterling marina before, maybe some of the other marinas are the same. Any word on how the ice is for a atv or snowmobile right now?

eight inches. Some nut was riding around the perimeter on a full size atv. I like 9 in to support 1000 lbs. I'm surprised the snow mobiles were not out. I hate these guys buzzing my tipups. There should be a safe distance limit.
