Blind Sodus Ice
« on: Feb 24, 2006, 08:15 AM »
Has anyone been on Blind lately?  I was thinking about heading out on Sat afternoon.  How have they been biting?

Thanks all

Hi Tater I fished blind sodus for the past three days. The ice was only about 3 inches but conditions should be way better by sat. The perch bite is hot on the westbay rd side. You have to fight through a few dinks before you catch the jacks. If you go out in the deeper water you'll catch a lot bigger ones than smaller ones. Hot colors are orange/char spoons that glow in the dark. Tip them w/ minnows or eyes.
If your electronics do not say MarCum you're already too far behind me to catch up!

I would like to hear from anyone who has fished Blind recently and parked on the west side.  Things have been pretty quiet on here concerning Blind so I was suprised to hear that the local res. are having problems with access.  - Thanks
