Stabilicers Walk Ice Cleats

Does anyone know if the size chart for these are for regular boots or is it for Pack Boots? A Pack boot is a lot bigger than any regular boot.

Lefty, I do not know, but FishUSA has a chat option on their web site . Mostly during weekday business hours. They have been very good in finding out info that I have asked them.
