Jigging jaw jacker

Seen a video of a jaw jacker that had a jigging mechanism on it... I had never seen this is it handmade I can't find anything on the net

It doesn't appear handmade.... Perhaps a prototype that never made production.... Although if it had made prototype it would have made production it's genius... Wish I had a build schematic
