I'm looking for a fishing buddy for this Saturday

Most of my buddies are lame and don't ice fish. Anyone interested in ice fishing this weekend?? I'll bring the auger and beef jerky ;)

No flag Mattawa?! Extremely slow on the ice! When i say slow i mean you more than likely will just be eating jerky all day!
I hear the fishing has been very good at clubhouse(shoemet) and Moore’s pond.
I’m thinking long pond, Ellis or rohunta tomorrow and sat.

There’s absolutely no fish in Rohunta. Stay away. lol. That’s one of my favorite places especially with the kids.

Okay awesome definitely let me know thank you. I just went over to Walden's pond and it looks like this for in solid black ice in the shallows. The park ranger told me a few people were out the other day and catching trout close to shore but that the middle had just froze up the other night.
