The long-range winter forecast...

I know we still have quite a bit of winter left to go, but this weather has me a little freaked out. I've never seen anything like this! Does anybody know the long-range weather forecast for central Illinois, (predictions for the rest of the winter)? I've got a brand new X-67C that the wife bought me for X-mas, (which damn near broke us), gathering dust. I'm about ready to dig out my boat. If any one has any info, it would be greatly appreciated.
