Hello fellow Ice anglers, I was just wondering how the ice is looking between the Northernmost part of North Hero and Tabors Point? Crayfish2 and I were planning on heading up that direction this weekend, but with the unseasonably warm weather, not sure if the ice will still be any good by Sunday. Thanks and Tight Lines, PB.

I can't speak on exactly where you are asking about, but I was on the ice just south of the State Park, between there and Squires Bay.  Ice was about 10" thick on Saturday and a foot of snow on top.  By Sunday the snow was down to an inch or two, and by the time we left Monday afternoon there was just a trace, and the ice was thinning as well.  This time of year it can go quick, especially when the sun is out.  With the temps as high as they are predicting, please be careful.
