If there bladder isn't coming out there mouth after being caught in 30+ feet of water they will be fine when released.

I fished on 6-8" on 12/18...wondering how it held up to the rain and warm weather as well. After new years the temps are supposed to drop pretty steeply, but we all know that's too long without fishing!

Not by me. A friend got a 17" last week. I went out today and just got the standard clipped fin 11" fish.

Went to Palo yesterday afternoon for the first time.  The ice looked like it had been shelled with mortars there were so many holes.   Had no idea where to go, so wandered around the dam area for a while until I marked a fish.  Drilled a bunch of holes with my neighbor and his son.  They did not catch any and I caught (4) walleyes all the small clipped variety, (3) bluegills and (1) perch.  Bite was very slow until 4:15 and then picked up for about 30 minutes.
