Have a couple days off this week and was hoping to get out somewhere before it melted.  Any suggestions in the northern part of the state?

Fished again today in N.W. Ri. The small ponds are still good.  The edge at Wilson's is in rough shape.  Boy the bass are biting !!!!!

It looked locked up. I spudded out 50 yards from the ramp.  About 4" of good ice.  Check as you go.  Spud Spud Spud

Just checked a small pond, 4-5 inches roughly 10 ft off shore, wondering if I should try hit it in the am before its too beat up by the weather. Didn't seem too bad from the above freezing temps. Don't wanna push my luck either haha. Any one else get out lately/ going out tomorrow

I have yet to get out this season, hoping I get out of work early tomorrow and hopefully find someplace with ice.  Might be the last opportunity I have before the new year, I don't think the ice will last past the new year.
