St. Paul Ice Show - wants and needs!!!

Hey guys and gals. We are down to less that five days until the big show! So I am curious as to what some of you guys are looking forward to getting your hands on the most? Or what you really want to check out while you are there.

For me I am for sure picking up an Ice Fishing Innovations rod case. I have been eyeing these things up for a while now! I am also excited to check out the Akara palm rods. I figured these would be fun to use in some of the places I fish. After that it will be hunting for deals on some tungsten jigs.

Also any of the dealers if you read this let me know I will try my best to stop by!

Need: hitch and tow bar so I can pull my gear with my new sled.

Want: Clam drill plate, k-drill, FL-28, Strikemaster battery powered auger, Tuned up Cutson Rod Precision rod, virtually everything in the conference center.........

Keep in mind some of the bigger dealers like Thorne Brothers offer the same deals at their store as they do at the show.

If you hate the zoo atmosphere, long lines, ticket prices and parking prices, it makes for a nice option. With the weather we are having it will be packed.

Greg over at ice fishing innovations is a good guy, have been eyeing one of those cases as well just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Can't step away from the Frabill rod safe, nice run and gun rod case for how many rods it fits. Been eyeing a new striker suit but the old trusty black frabill is still doing me good. The new marcum recon cameras also look like an awesome investment. So many wants....

Can't step away from the Frabill rod safe, nice run and gun rod case for how many rods it fits. Been eyeing a new striker suit but the old trusty black frabill is still doing me good. The new marcum recon cameras also look like an awesome investment. So many wants....

I got a striker suit last year. I love it! I just had to have the IFI case after seeing it. And the boss thought after breaking 3 rods last year. I would like a camera but have some other things I need first.

I forgot all about the new snowdrop jigs... I need to add that to my list!! I dont know much about the Rippin Raps though. If I can talk myself into it I would like to pick up a custom Noodle Rod, but I am struggling with the price on some of them a little bit.

Rose creek jig box
Tungsten jigs
Striker second skin gloves or similar

If I see them at the ice show and a decent deal I'll pick them up. Otherwise I will get them online like I originally planned.

For my friends sake I hope they have the striker transporter case on sale, he's been looking for one on sale like crazy!!!
