lake winnipeg ice conditions

How is the snow on the ice.  Are wheelers okay to use or snowmobile? ..we have a trip planned for mar. 2 thru 6

Really warm this weekend. Will knock the snow pack down good, could get more snow before you come up. Join the FB page ice fishing Manitoba for current reports.

Out by Gimli today, snowmobiles ran perfect on the lake, snow pushed down, it was plus 1 out, very warm and enjoyable. Sleds are the way to go
