I am lookin into jigging up some smelt only place I have ever done this is memphremagog in Vermont like to try locally in nh? Can someone pm me a area?
Fishing...........even the word is relaxing

Never been, but I hear Cedar Pond up near Milan is a great spot for it.

If it was me, I'd check with F&G. I personally don't understand the regulations on catching smelt, but I've also never asked. I've seen big bait balls on my sonar and always wanted to try to jig a few.

This idea makes my mouth water! I can remember fried smelt dinners at my grandfathers house and a boy! I may take a crack at them down Webster lake come spring time!
