Just got back from trip up Telos Rd..Went up Thursday and had couple weak inches along shoreline of the big lake (still open water in middle)..Smaller lake had 2 to 4 inches.. When we left yesterday the big lake just locked up and had maybe 4 to 6 inch's along the shoreline but still has bad spots and still not safe for sled..Friday was best fishing and things slowed down everyday from there.. The roads Friday were hell,yesterday they were the best they get in the winter.. Good luck and stay safe
