Fishing for Tacos, (1.4.16)

Caught a mess of tacos through the ice today, in their raw, unprocessed form.   ;D
Largest was pushing 12", and all are solid.  Gonna make a good sized taco dinner!

Looks like it was worth it.  That one perch is a good one.  Any other species?

No, just perch.  Had to really work for them all day, but all were good sized.

Decided to go Italian style on the first batch --- instead of tacos, I breaded fillets in corn flake crumbs with garlic, cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper, fried in olive oil, and topped a salad mixed with olive oil and vinegar.  It rocked.
