Maine.gov site hacked

Went to buy the fiance a fishing license today, but can't because Russian hackers have hacked Maine's website! Apparently they have had it down for about a week now. Sure many of you have already heard/noticed this, but for those that haven't, here's the article:

When asked why they targeted Maine, their response was "cause their dumb."

Just as I posted that the site came back online
