Finding fish
« on: Feb 18, 2015, 03:58 AM »
Making the 4 hour drive Sunday night to fish Erie ice for the first time. Is anyone getting fish? Not very many reports to go by.. not looking for spots, just whether you're on fish or not

I fish the islands every week and its been really tough..Lots of perch to keep you busy but only a few eyes...I will say this,on mon I only had 4 eyes come in and they really charged it..They were very aggressive..So maybe things are startin to change..I hope its by sun...

Head West young man. Plenty of fish off Crane Creek and to the West. CC is always the better fishing in late Feb. up until ice out.

Got out of Crane Creek Friday it was cold and fishing was slow. Ended up with a 14 inch White Bass and 21 inch jake.  Should have went towards Little Sister.
